Today companies invest thousands of dollars to automate the process of managing contracts and venders. Our organization aims and providing a simple but effective tool for any company to use create a web based portal for managing venders and contracts thought their lifecycle.

Why do this? Because we needed contract management software for ourselves, but were not willing to pay for the software. We choose to distribute it as freeware in the hopes that other companies will improve its features and contribute back to our distribution
